What do we mean by this?  Simply, our homes are custom designed and built to some of the highest standards in North America.  We are in the top 5% of builders and our homes show this.  We never forget function and day to day life in our planning process.  Simple features such as built-in storage in our trademark Mudrooms (some that even have a shower for the "doggy" - or kids dirty feet - or ski boots) set us apart.

Floorplans are poured over to consider day to day life, and, when you would want to have formal entertaining in your home.  Elegance, style, comfort, usefullness - all the things you need for enjoying your home.

We currently offer homes built to a level normally only seen in Custom Built Homes at very close to Spec home prices.

Smaller Homes - Lower Prices

Yes, we can offer smaller homes at lower prices.  For people just starting out, retired, and single parents these smaller versions of our great homes can be had for proportionally reduced prices.  Available only on a pre-sold basis.  Homes in the 1200 to 1600 sq ft range  (Please use our contact us page)
